The Con4sation® Story
Con4sation® Creator, Adam Moore
Finding himself sitting at his breakfast table during the 2020 lockdown, Adam was contemplating his work as Creative Director of Source Business Actors. Source uses actors to enable people to observe and practise difficult conversations in a learning environment.
For over two decades Adam has been making 'difficult conversation' training engaging and interactive.
A strong believer in simplicity as a way to make learning inclusive for all, he had a Eureka moment. All his work could be condensed into 4 accessible elements. Con4sation® was born.

Actor based training
At Con4sation® we believe using actors in development is a no brainer. How else can you improve without practising? How can you share best practice without observing it? We let this happen.
