Finding himself sitting at his breakfast table during the 2020 lockdown, Adam was contemplating his work as Creative Director of Source Business Actors. Source uses actors to enable people to observe and practise difficult conversations in a learning environment.For over two decades Adam has been making 'difficult conversation' training engaging and interactive.A strong believer in simplicity as a way to make learning inclusive for all, he had a Eureka moment. All his work could be condensed into 4 accessible elements. Con4sation® was born.Better con4sations. Happier relationships. Simple.

When tasked with communicating a change of approach to critical safety management and the need to embed a renewed leadership focus with over 800 offshore workers was a challenge for our client in the energy sector. The creation, delivery and hosting of a number of conferences sharing the con4sation methodology ensured the message landed. Our use of actors demanded the audience connected emotionally with the learning. Further support of monthly updates from Con4sation helped to continue and build upon the learning.
